I also adopted this path by creating seismic. data file in the list of other files but is giving error as given ((The error occurred while trying to read SeismicMode). can you please check ,thanks

You should not have renamed any files. Both the NRELOffshrBsline5MW_Onshore.fst and NRELOffshreBsline5MW_Onshore_Seismic.dat files were included in the archive. You shouldn’t have to change anything to run the example. (Of course, you can change inputs to run different simulations, but you shouldn’t have to change anything if you are just trying it out.) I would suggest extracting the Seismic archive again and start from scratch, ensuring that you specific NRELOffshrBsline5MW_Onshore.fst after the call to call FAST_iwin32.exe.

i got this by calling .fst file in fast as in shown in above picture in white area but i can not see any output file either binary or normal if appears them nothing inside ,please have a look thanks
as can see in this picture i am trying run run example 1 and i have compiled all files in this example 1 folder including ( fast iwin, pltfmseismic () …etc

You are receiving this error because this model is set up to use a controller implemented in Bladed-style DISCON DLL format, but you are not running the Seismic executable with the DISCON DLL interface compiled. Instead of using FAST_iwin32.exe, you should use FAST_iwin32_DLL.exe to run this case. The _DLL version of the executable has the DISCON DLL interface compiled within it.

Yes, the MATLAB script ReadFASTbinary.m should work with .outb files generated by the Seismic version of FAST v7. I’ve not seen the error you are reporting before; can you clarify more about how you are calling this script and the full message displayed?
The Seismic version of FAST v7 has the same OutListParameters.xlsx spreadsheet as that of FAST v7; no additional outputs were added in Seismic.

I don’t really understand your question. Test18 is already set up in an onshore (land-based) configuration.
